History

Born and raised in The County, I ventured off to Toronto to follow my love of cooking. After attending George Brown College for Culinary Arts, I realized that I got more enjoyment out of cooking for friends and family than as an actual career. The restaurant biz is just a little too high stress for this chill chick.

After taking a few years off I found myself back in Toronto, studying Massage Therapy. Massage really opened up my eyes to how much Alternative Medicine and health care can really help people. It probably didn't hurt that at the time I was living with my sister who was studying to become a Naturopathic Doctor! In just a few short years she managed to completely change the way I looked at diet and exercise. How important it is to take care of yourself, inside and out. With her knowledge of the full physiological system, she was my best learning tool/walking encyclopedia .

Since graduating in 2005 I have been blessed to have had the opportunities to travel the world while doing what I love to do, helping heal people. This has allowed me to have countless irreplaceable experiences and memories, in both life and spirit, that most people may not have the chance to experience. The people/places/experiences that I have had, have shaped me into the person I am today and I wouldn't change that for the world. Yet after traveling and practicing for over a decade, I feel it is time to return to my roots, to a simpler way of life, a slower pace, a friendlier environment and bringing my knowledge/skills back to help the community I was raised in.

I am so pleased to be back in the County! I am looking forward to rediscovering my own home town with a fresh new outlook and I can't wait to reconnect with old friends, and meet new ones, like YOU.

Training

After graduating in 2005 with 2200 hrs from Sutherland-Chan for Registered Massage Therapy, I moved out to Vail, Colorado where I furthered my training in Body Wraps, Body Scrubs, Hot Stone and Sports Injury. Now, entering into the end of my 13th year in practice I have been privileged to have worked in multidisciplinary clinics, massage clinics and spas all over Canada and the USA, giving me countless hours of experience in deep tissue, pre/post natal, myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

In 2017 I wanted to further my studies, gearing it towards Anti-aging work to help my aging community stay looking young and vital. It was a section of the health care feild that wasn't being tended to in the County and I wanted to pioneer that, so I started training in both Laser Aesthetics and Facials. Now I am focusing on building up my Laser practice by offering SKIN REJUVINATION (the reduction /removal of fine lines, age spots, vascular lesion and more) and Hair Removal.
